Rescheduling, Cancellation & Refund Policy

For Single Services related to: Electrician, Plumber, Carpenter, IT Repair, Home appliances or similar nature of services.

Quikzon will charge amount Rs 149 or Rs 199 as applicable as cancellation charges if customer cancels the scheduled visit.

To avoid cancellation charges, customers are requested to reschedule or cancel the order 2 hours before the scheduled time.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • You can reschedule or cancel your service request via Quikzonwebsite and Quikzonmobile app or through Quikzoncall center.
  • If service request is cancelled 2 hours before the scheduled service time, the cancellation charges will not be applicable. If the service is cancelled within 2 hours of scheduled service time, customer is liable to pay cancellation charges.
  • If the order booking and service time is within 2 hours and customer cancels the order, then cancellation charges will be applicable.
  • If Quikzonservice persons are late by 30 minutes of scheduled time and customer wants to cancel the order, then the cancellation charges will not be applicable
  • Due to any unforeseen circumstances or internal reasons, Quikzonreserves the right to cancel any order at any point of time, and will not be liable to anyone for the same.
  • If the service person or Quikzoncancels the visit then customer is not liable to pay cancellation charges.

For Single Services related to: Car cleaning services, Sofa vaccum cleaning, Home Cleaning, Pest Control, Water Tank Cleaning, Beauty Services or similar nature of services.

Quikzonwill charge amount Rs 249 or Rs.349 as applicable as cancellation charges if customer cancels the scheduled visit.

To avoid cancellation charges, customers are requested to reschedule or cancel the order 2 hours before the scheduled time.

FOR AC AMC

The100% amount will be refunded within 10 days of buying AMC if no service is availed under AMC by the customer. No refund will be made if any of the service is availed under AMC by the customer. This applies when the Quikzon starts AMC in future

Quikzon HOME SERVICE PACKAGES

CUSTOMER WHO HAS TAKEN PACKAGES

To avoid count of service delivered under package, please reschedule or cancel the order one hour before the scheduled time.

  • You can reschedule or cancel your service request via Quikzonwebsite and mobile app or through Quikzoncall center.
  • If service request is cancelled 1 hour before the scheduled service time, the count of service delivered will not be applicable. If the service is cancelled within 1 hours of scheduled service time, service will be deemed delivered.
  • If Quikzonservice persons are late by 60 minutes of scheduled time and the service will be complimentary.
  • Due to any unforeseen circumstances or internal reasons, Quikzonreserves the right to cancel any order at any point of time, and will not be liable to anyone for the same.
  • If the service person or QuikzonCancels the visit then customer is not liable to pay cancellation charges.

REFUND POLICY FOR PACKAGES

The following rules will be applicable for refund of the package amount if customer wishes to return the package.

  • Quikzonwill charge for minimum number of services as against each package @ Rs.300 per service or actual number of services availed by the customer, whichever is higher.
  • For the purpose of refund, Package amount will be considered after deducting the applicable taxes.
  • After adjusting the above, Quikzonwill refund the amount within 15 days of the customer request and Quikzonacceptance.
